But in all seriousness, I apologize for the abrupt ending, there were a large number of reasons, most important of which are twofold: The storyline didn't feel like it properly matched how most people do downfall parodies and I couldn't come up with enough original dialogue.

See if you can spot all the references. Here's a couple of freebies: "Yes, I know who you are." is a Doctor Who reference, and mentioning Michael Jordan wasn't in Green Lantern's movie was a combo reference to the fact that Shaq was in Steel, in addition to being a reference to MJ's acting career. No, not Michael B. Jordan, the basketball player.... What acting career you might ask? I could say "That's the joke." but Space Jam is a joke itself so...
