This thread should be a blast! lots of obvious ones so I'm going to start off with one not so obvious: Jodl- says "restaurant" when he's objecting to Hitler, actually saying "western front"?

Hi John, The unterganger wiki literally has it stated that he is "the leader of the unterganger world", obviously that is just someone's misleading opinion. But I did write the article and presume he may have wrote it? or that it was wrote as a defacto consensus from untergangers that such was so? Nevertheless, my mistake.

I'd be interested in seeing what their objections would be. For me, I feel your contribution, effort and organisation gives you a lot of credibility. So many parodies, constructed a forum (which by default you are the boss of anyway), etc Maybe, there could be elections or something if people wouldn't feel comfortable with it any other way?

Ok I'm bored at college been working, but I have some good ideas. I've just been thinking, quite clearly this website is pretty much the capital of the Unterganger world and without argument HRP has become the leader of all untergangers How about we create a "Council of Untergangers"? Under HRP's leadership as "the fuhrer", the council could propose new parody ideas, additions to the site, new ideas to promote untergangerism but most importantly to support HRP's in his position and take some of the burden off his hands. I imagine you're a very busy guy HRP and if we could support you in fulfilling your wishes I think things could take off even further here. What does everyone think?

This is my best comic project so far, it's far from finished. But this is far funnier and going to be far better than the last, enjoy!!

you can bet on it. This storyline is just a trial run really, (the actual game hasn't happened yet btw). But it's going to be a whole lot wilder than this in the weeks to come!

My comrades, tonight I would like to bring out of my closet my first real contribution to the unterganger world. Having been inspired by the work of hansikrebs, I am officially introducing my first Unterganger comic strip to the forum. I will be making these strips regularly now and posting them on here. Probably the most annoying thing I have encountered during my days of watching parodies! Anyone agree?

Ok, some honest points from me: I thought the series was an excellent idea, the thought of all these Hitlers clashing in a war with their own bunkers and such is funny. The ending was likewise funny. I'd say on the downside, the series was a bit too long. The fact that many of the Hitlers were not speaking in German and couldn't be dubbed made it difficult to dictate the flow of the plot. In many of the episodes as a consequence it lacked a humorous element and portrayed long winding scenes of various Hitler's in a more serious context. The idea of a parody series though is excellent, I still watched the war of the Hitlers nonetheless and I was always eager to find out how it would all end up.

My very own, DOWNFALL! I watched it all... I could not take the Fegelein is missing scene seriously.. I just couldn't. It was not possible. In addition, they have cut Hitlers troll face and the closet part of the Chuikov scene out of the movie.. I am disappointed haha. But my parody resource is here.. now I just have to get assignments done.. zzzzz

You can't make this up I LOL'd so hard at it! It's in a book about military I was reading so long before the days of the bunker. Hitler was contemplating an invasion of the lower countries in 1939: The book explains that Jodl warned him against doing so- it says the following word for word "Hitler was very upset with his commanders for dragging their feet" "Jodl's warning had little impact" you can't make it up, even before the whole Bunker drama began..

Unterganger Comrades! What software do you all use to make your parodies? Especially those what have special effects in them? If I am to start making parodies, I was hoping to use more than just WMM. Does anyone have any recommendations, preferences or places on the net where I can get good software to make special effects parodies?

enjoyed this, thought it was very funny! well done! Although I got a bit confused as to what the role the guy is playing who is there with Gunsche (what's his name again?) almost looked as though he was mistook for Goering.

Indeed, there's the more "popular culture" rant scenes and then there's the meme/cult following universe. Perhaps we should introduce OBS to Untergangerism
