A tolhurst parody for Shaun Keaveny's 42nd birthday. DJ Hitler is 42 and his faithful nshse Matt and Feuerbrigadefrer Phil Schmidt are trying to get him to go to Dirk & Jgen's DJ school before Hitler is too old.
Note that Downfall parodies are a way of poking fun at evil Nazis in a 75-year-old tradition and it is not suggested that any real person is a Nazi. Even if someone was thinking of the TV Licensing Centre in Bristol, they would, of course, not say so.
The visuals and dialogue for this fair use parody come from the great film Downfall (2004). As for the outro music: Shaun's listener spends the show hoping to hear the Star Wars theme as that always signifies the end of the show. This version is by a flashmob in the pedestrianised streets of Cologne made up of the WDR Rundfunkorchester.
Seriously, Shaun's show mixes deadpan wit with bin kicking and great music and is my favourite morning breakfast show. All good things come to an end, so I trust Shaun will do the show for ever.
