Hitler deals with hearing a traffic jam for at least a week

Hitler cannot take the traffic jam that has been a week long by his bunker. Hitler is ready to blow at Koller Construction for not building a bypass that would bring down the traffic jam significantly. Koller then says that the bypass is not on his agenda and that Hitler should see if Marzahn Company would do it. Then Hitler basically gives up and goes back to his room.
