Some time after the events on Hitler listens to cumbia villera, Berlin has restored itself thanks to Fegelarse. However, Videla was not happy with this and has decided to kidnap and then brainwash Hitler.

Again, in case you don't know what cumbia villera is, it's the argentine equivalent of teenage bands. Just with fanboys of all ages that always play the "songs" of that "genre". And it is EVERYWHERE. Hell, there are some vehicles that pass by with the songs at full volume and no other song I know of has that honor.
