Hey guys! Although I know most of you know me already but to those that don't know me very well, I'm Shadow Briton Parodies. But you can call me SB or Shadow! It's nice to meet the new lads coming to the community and I'm looking forward to interacting with you guys!

I presume that all of us have seen this scene, where Hitler stares at a portrait of Frederick the Great. In search of new material for Downfall parodies, I found a German film from Youtube called Trenck - Zwei Herzen gegen die Krone (p1, p2) which features Frederick the Great as one of the main characters. And the great thing with this movie is that Alexandra Maria Lara Traudl Junge plays in this film the role of Anna Amalia, sister of Frederick. Now, that makes the "Hitler stares at his favorite painting" scene more awkward. Who'd like to make the first parody out of these?

I shudder in its horror. Also, I notice that they're apparently Soviets. Soviet fangirls of Nazis.

This Downfall Parodies site was opened one month ago and so far seems to be doing well. I thank all those that have joined and participated on this site. If you have any suggestions on how this site can be improved, or if any new forums could be added for members to use to discuss topics, just reply to this topic.

I seem to notice that Hitler Rants Parodies and TheSilverUniverse has some very high-quality copies of the scenes. I was wondering if I could get any of them, somehow?

My very own, DOWNFALL! I watched it all... I could not take the Fegelein is missing scene seriously.. I just couldn't. It was not possible. In addition, they have cut Hitlers troll face and the closet part of the Chuikov scene out of the movie.. I am disappointed haha. But my parody resource is here.. now I just have to get assignments done.. zzzzz

when did the type of Hitler parody this forum and HRP are based around begin? I remember the Hitler parodies began with Hitler reacting to any kind of popular culture or news event but then the type we follow evolved at some point, when I mean this I mean with the characters developing roles, personalities and running gags & and memes such as "FEGELEIN" and such. Interestingly enough, the Hitler Parodies universe is divided in two, there being the "original" ones with Hitler purely ranting about events/news created by anyone with no running gags or continuity, with people usually only watching these ones due to the association of the topic rather than the videos in and of themselves. But then there are the "cult following" style ones which we make and are part of, in essence the HRP universe. There are many fans of the original style parodies out there, we need to incorporate them into our new fandom!

All I want to say is thanks to all who subscribed to my channel on Youtube. I got 1000 subscribers! Without you, there wouldn't be parodies for you. I wonder if someone unsubscribes me and I get 999 subscribers... Well, stay safe and may Fegelein be with you!

Dunno if it's the right place to 'submit' resource files, but I can try at least I noticed there is NO voice sound pack whatsoever for audio-based Downfall Parodies. I once made mine, but I lost it thanks to a virus... then I remade it, and now I uploaded it to keep it for the masses Downfall voice sound files It has WAV files of the mostly-used scenes (Plus a few other ones that provide lines for rarer characters), each filed named by the character who says the line and the 'line number' of said character in said scene (I even made a Worms Armageddon soundbank with these files)

My question for the forum is... Who's your favorite Downfall character? Your answer can be any named character that appears in the movie, no matter how insignificant a role he/she plays in it. For me, it would have to be that cool cat of the bunker, Wilhelm Mohnke. "My Fuhrer!"

I'm gonna give my one post here and say hello. I don't make videos or anything, I just very much enjoy them. Probably won't be saying much else, I've never actually commented on any of the videos. But I've been enjoying them for a year or so now and I felt that it was about time I said something. I'm a shy and very nervous person, so its a lot for me to post once. So, call me Kyle or Hansi, I go by both. Neither is actually my name. I'm an 18 year old female. Out of high school with a two year college degree, and still have nothing more interesting to do than laugh at Hitler and these videos. Its just too funny. My actual hobbies are art, writing, and I really do enjoy history. Real and parody. So I felt like posting, to say hello, and thank you to all the makers of these videos for the endless ours of entertainment at Hitler's expense.

Since, I've been making parodies the universe has developed over time.

I'll occsionally put out an original style rant parody, usually one every three or four months. It's a nice return to the roots, not to mention relatively easy to make!

I saw Hitler was informed of this site, so I've jumped of the closet and signed up. I've really grew to love the Hitler parodies, I'm really excited about being a part of this website and getting it started off!
